Slab caster is applied for casting conventional slab. DHHI has powerful technological background for slab caster and has developed and manufactured 1350mm, 1450mm, 1600mm, 1900mm and 2300mm slab casters for many well-known domestic steel plants, with engineering project contracting (EPC) capability.

Round billet caster is applied for casting billet with round section. TheΦ320~600mm round billet caster developed and manufactured by DHHI is provided with PLC system, of automatic control, detecting and adjusting for the whole casting process; both the ladle turret and tundish are provided with weighing unit, large screen display, etc., with good application effect according to customer's feedback.

Square billet caster is applied for casting billet with square and rectangular sections. The square billet casters developed and manufactured by DHHI are of 2~8 strands, with a main casting section of 902~4502mm, arc radius of the caster 5.25～14m.

Ladle turret is installed on the casting platform between the molten steel receiving bay and casting bay in the casting shop for receiving the ladle full of molten steel sent by the smelting system and transferring the ladle to the casting position of the casting bay for casting. The ladle turrets developed and manufactured by DHHI have a carrying capacity of 42~520t for single arm, especially the large-tonnage (more than 200t) ladle turrets have a high domestic market share, with the function developed from only slewing to multiple functions.

DHHI has over 40 years of history for producing rolling mill and has provided complete set of 50~100m/s wire rolling mills and 16-20m/s rod rolling mills as well as 1500mm, 1700mm hot rolling mills, etc. for many well-known domestic and overseas steel plants. The rolling mills produced by DHHI mainly include complete set of equipment for strip steel hot rolling mill, nonferrous metal cold-rolling production line, profile steel production line and various spare parts --rollers.

Strip steel hot-rolling production line is applied to roll the slab from the heating furnace into finished product—strip steel, under thermal state. DHHI is capable of independent undertaking of EPC project including design, manufacture, erection, commissioning with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration, for complete set of equipment. The 1500mm and 1700mm hot rolling mills show good performance in practical application and is approved by the customer.

Nonferrous metal cold-rolling production line is applied to roll the nonferrous metal (e.g. copper, aluminium, etc.) slab into finished product—strip, under normal temperature. DHHI is capable of independent undertaking of EPC project including design, manufacture, erection, commissioning with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration, for complete set of equipment, with outstanding performance in EPC of cold-rolling production line in China.

Profile steel production line is applied to roll products with irregular section and complex shape, e.g. channel steel for portal frame, sheet pile, etc. DHHI is capable of independent undertaking of EPC project including design, manufacture, erection, commissioning with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration, for complete set of equipment, and has completed the development and manufacturing for profile steel production line, with the technological level in the leading position in China.

Spare parts—rollers, are the basic products used in the production line of steel plant. DHHI is engaged in surface treatment such as buildup welding, spray welding, thermal spraying, etc. and is the high-tech enterprise of Dalian, with its technology reaching the advanced level in China. The products of DHHI cover many fields, e.g. metallurgy, coal, mine, cement, petrochemical, electric power, military, aviation, automobile, etc. DHHI has a full range of surface treatment equipment such as thermal spraying, buildup welding, spray welding and laser cladding equipment, etc. and can provide and repair the laminar spray welding roller, galvanized sink roller, as wel l as stabilizing roller, coiling & pinch roller, cold-rolled roller, etc., for the customer.
