In the afternoon of 2nd April, the cooperation agreement signing ceremony was hold by DHHI and CSBC at the international conference hall of headquarters. In the ceremony, the agreement was officially signed by Song Jiajing, Chairman and GM of DHI·DCW and Chairman of DHHI, with Tan Taiping, Chairman of CSBC Ltd., representing their respective enterprises, which opened the new page of cooperation of Cross-Strait enterprises. The signing ceremony was presided over by Jia Yijing, President of DHHI. Mrs. Gong Yingnan who is Chairman Tan Taiping’s wife, Chen Jinzhong, Chairman of Taiwan Jinju Company, Tang Xianfeng, Vice President of DHHI and Wang Yuan as well as the leaders of DHHI Steel Casting Co., Ltd., Enterprise Culture Dep., Administration Office of Headquarters, Marketing Dep., Port Machinery Manufacturing Dep. and Comprehensive Management Dep. of the group company attended the ceremony.

CSBC is the largest ship building enterprise in Taiwan and mainly manufactures container ships with annual output of about 16 ships. In November, 2010, Chairman Song visited CSBC and signed the strategic cooperation agreements with Taiwan Jinju Co. when he led his team to visit Taiwan for business investigation.
