Recently, two 65t ship-to-shore cranes developed and manufactured by DHHI for Asyaport Turkey are officially handed over to the customer and put into operation after successful completion of all the site commissioning work, laying a solid foundation for DHHI to further expand the European market for port machinery.

Since arrival of these machineries at the site of the customer, DHHI has dispatched a work team of 32 persons including design, service and safety personnel as well as site workers for girder lifting, erection and commissioning. This is one of the key projects for DHHI to enter the“Belt and Road” market, and DHHI has successively resolved over 20 key technical problems such as gantry rigidity control, overhead alignment of the vertical flange and high-tension bolt connection, design of seismic isolation device, lifting of girder complete with the machine house, etc., in this project. Especially during the site commissioning, on the premise of epidemic prevention and control, the work team of DHHI raced against time, collaborated closely with the customer’s technical team, overcame great difficulties and worked day and night, ensuring the project is delivered as scheduled and with quality assured.
