A few days ago, on the site of the customer-Zhanjiang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. of Baosteel, with the operating instructions given successively, the reclaiming chain buckets of the 3600t/h intelligent continuous ship unloader developed and manufactured by DHHI for Zhanjiang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. of Baosteel turned quickly, meanwhile buckets of iron ore is “scooped up” continuously from the ship’s hold by the chain buckets and then conveyed to the stockyard via the belt conveyor. The 3600t/h intelligent continuous ship unloader is now formally put into trial operation.

It took more than one week from rolling on to trial operation, of this equipment. The service team of DHHI has been racing against time, doing basic hardware installation, key hydraulic commissioning……, careful organization, working overtime to rapidly put the equipment into trial operation, thereby praised by the customer. And next, the service team will sincerely cooperate with the personnel on the site to conscientiously conduct the finishing touches e.g. intelligent commissioning, etc. well to help the customer build a world’s “DreamWorks for Steel”.
