Recently, good news from Shanghai said that, DHHI signed the contract for the world largest ship crankshaft type W12X92DF with a customer. Signing of this contract will further consolidate DHHI’s leading position in the field of development and manufacture of large ship crankshaft both at home and abroad, and establishes a good foundation for DHHI to further expand the foreign and domestic markets as well. This crankshaft, after assembly, will totally weigh 488 tons with an overall length of 23.5m, and be mounted on the diesel engine of the world largest 22000TEU super-sized container ship predetermined by the world well-known ship owner–CMA-CGM,France.
