On March 17, over 7 hours of load test, the last set of gearbox for 2MW wind turbine for export toIndiasuccessfully passed the acceptance inspection and all the data reached the specified requirements. So far, the 10,000th gearbox manufactured by DHHI for wind turbine has successfully rolled off the production line.

Since 2005 when DHHI stepped into the field of wind power generation, from the initial technology import for trial production to the present independent development and manufacture, from manufacture of gearbox for wind turbine of the lowest capacity to the present production of gearbox for the prevailing 2MW wind turbine and then to the gearbox for large offshore 6MW wind turbine, from production of single type of product to the manufacture of various products, DHHI has developed and manufactured over 40 types of gearboxes for wind turbines covering 10 specifications and series. The leading models have been certified by the world well-known authoritative organizations such as GL, CCS, ABS, DNV, etc. and the products are exported toIndia,Spain,Brazil,USA, etc.

Up to now, DHHI has totally delivered the main gearboxes for more than 16 gigawatt of wind turbines, and the total installed capacity completed by DHHI has been taking the lead among the domestic fellow members over the past 12 years.
