DHHI signed long-term service contract with Roy Hill
On December 6 a.m., a grand signing ceremony for long-term technical service contract between DHHI and Roy Hill was held at the headquarters of Roy Hill Iron Ore Holding Company (i.e. Roy Hill) in Australia.
Since DHHI successfully manufactured 9 sets of top world-level bulk material handling machineries for Roy Hill, DHHI has set up a special after-sale service system aiming at the demand of Roy Hill and helped the customer to solve many difficulties in operation. Signing of this long-term service agreement is attributable to the sincere service and powerful technical strength of DHHI.
This service contract has a valid period of five years which can be extended as per actual situation. The service scope includes regular joint inspection of the 9 sets of machineries supplied by DHHI, providing of reports, maintenance plans, spare part selecting plans, storage management plans, plans for selection and design of special tools for maintenance, rebuilding and technical upgrading of equipment, etc. Both parties agreed that, as the case may be, the service scope may concern all the equipment currently available and to be rebuilt or expanded in the future. Hence, DHHI makes up the last disadvantage in Australian market and establishes an after-sale service system equivalent to those of well-known companies such as Thyssen Krupp, Sandvik, etc. for the full life cycle of international high-end equipment.
