Unmanned intelligent control system for coke oven vehicles
The system consists of five core parts, i.e. on-board intelligent control system, ground central control system, intelligent decision-making and analysis system, wireless communication system and high-redundant safety protection strategy.
The Digital Twin of coke oven machinery is based on digital 3D technology. It breaks through the limitations of traditional industrial plane SCADA and creatively uses digital 3D to truly, accurately and dynamically monitor the real-time operating status, faults and data curves of coke oven machinery to achieve consistency of the digital 3D model with the production process of the real equipment, i.e. to the extent of “Digital Twin”, showing the panorama of coking production in a real-time manner to the technicians, realizing multi-dimensional control of coke oven machinery and providing convenience to the managerial personnel for decision making. This is of great significance for improving the automation level of coking production and assuring the unmanned operation of coke oven machinery. The relevant technology is domestically advanced and greatly promotes the basic automation of coke oven machinery to transform to a high degree of digitalization and intelligence.
Chain analysis and deviation analysis are carried out according to the abnormal relationship between factors in the production process based on big data and multiple algorithm models to smartly diagnose the cause of abnormality and failure points in the process of coke pushing and predict the potential abnormality of main core components.
