Intelligent total solution for bulk material

The total solution for bulk cargo at intelligent port and terminal is the core for DHHI to serve the customer. This solution will concentrate on providing digitalized and intelligent product and service for storage and transport of bulk material at open/closed strip-shaped stockyards, circular yard and terminal. The products cover unmanned car dumper, belt conveyor, stackers and reclaimers of boom type, scraper type, gantry type and blending type, material unloading car, ship loader and ship unloader, etc. as well as digitalized port and stockyard systems, and remote operation & maintenance system, based on unmanned operation of the equipment.

Unmanned system for stockyard equipment
The unmanned system for stacker and reclaimer is integrated with information technologies for equipment control, such as machine vision technology, robust modeling technology, 3D image modeling technology, high-accuracy spotting technology and anti-collision technology, etc. By combination of the anti-collision technologies of data model level and hardware detecting level, stable material flow, safety and high efficiency are achieved for machine operation.
Characteristics: realtime collection of running data, analysis of working schedule, integrated with dynamic stock data and other production management data, and providing functions e.g. equipment state analysis, production efficiency analysis and resource factor utilization analysis, etc. for the customer.
Advantage: visualized panel to fully display the production data, realtime status, etc. of the stockyard as well as generation of statement; annual labor cost saving (incl. other cost) over 1 million yuan RMB for one stacker and reclaimer; total cost saving (incl. system life extension, energy saving, etc.) of 6.9 million yuan RMB/year for twelve unmanned equipment, with the equipment stability reaching above 80%.

Intelligent continuous ship unloader
This system is integrated with functions of ship type scanning and real-time imaging, multiple-ship-type positioning and identification, intelligent decision-making for reclaiming from the hold and 3D visualized scene restoration, etc., with the identification algorithm more universal, compared with other bulk cargo ship. Based on kinematics models and finite element models, the decision making and analysis system integrated with dozens of reclaiming strategies is set up, forming a multi-target optimized reclaiming strategy, with the intelligent reclaiming coverage rate in the hold reaching above 80%. In addition, the VR simulation platform can realize virtual simulation, which greatly reduces the site commissioning time.
Effect: Compared with the grab ship unloader with the same productivity, the efficiency is increased by 50%, energy consumption reduced by 40% and the hold clearing volume accounts for only 5%~10%. Assuming an annual unloading volume of 10 million tons, it is expected to create 10 million yuan RMB benefits for the terminal every year. At the same time, the equipment is stabler, more environment friendly in operation, the impact load is reduced, life of the equipment is increased, thus saving a large amount of labor cost for the customer.
