The 750 kW wind power gearbox exported to India, which is independently designed and developed by DHHI, has achieved good test data and effects from Germanischer Lloyd (GL) and , by total four days' assessment including field track testing, parts demolition inspection, product manufacturing and assembly and other stages. It is reported the products are in full compliance with GL certification standards, and successfully pass the GL design certification and IPE certification, including product design calculation report, quality documentation review, IPE inspection during production, audit of quality management system documents and other aspects.
In recent years, DHHI Reducer Factory sticks tightly to the international operation strategy of DHHI and aims at broadening overseas wind power market development and increasing international market shares. They proactively change development mode and vigorously promote the overseas wind power industry "Stretch upward, Extend downward". They make full of the existing scale effect of Indian wind power market, grasp the scale market and key customers, lay a solid basis for long-term development of the market and on the basis of strengthening existing market, they have consequently signed contracts and intents with multiple customers, and the product range extends from single 2 MW model to 2.5 MW model ,750 kilowatts, 700 kilowatts and many other models.
Among them, the 750 kilowatts wind power gearbox combines the design experience of existing wind power product. Through almost 10 months of independent R&D and trial production, on the basis of cooperative efforts of design, calculation, technology, fabrication, assembly, testing and other departments, and by repeated test, analysis, optimization and upgrading, they achieve a major breakthrough in technical design field and gain the mass production capacity.
