Recently, the hub developed and manufactured by DHHI for HitachiJapanfor 5MW wind turbine successfully passed the joint inspection, and the quality and schedule are highly recognized, by the customer and supervisors. Cooperation between DHHI and Hitachi started from 2015. During implementation of internationalized operation strategy, DHHI won trust from Japanese companies which are famous for their “strictness and carefulness” again relying on its excellent product quality, and Hitachi placed orders for 16 hubs for 5MW wind turbine.

Following order placement, DHHI worked out and perfected many process optimization plans in consideration of the opinions put forward by Hitachi and successfully completed and delivered 7 hubs. The remaining 9 hubs will be delivered by the end of February 2020, as scheduled. And the quality and schedule are approved by the customer.
