Recently, the high-voltage power supply for quayside container crane manufactured by DHHI for export to Dominica  Republic was successfully achieved, thereby the project formally steps into the stage of functional commissioning. During commissioning, the Port Machinery Manufacturing Department set up two work groups, each of which being responsible for functional commissioning, testing and correction of one unit. The work groups arrange the daily commissioning plan starting from the finish date according to the production schedule and fulfill it strictly to achieve “daily task completed on the same day”.

This 55t quayside container crane forDominicais the first major project after establishment of diplomatic relations betweenDominicaandChina, and the customer raises high requirements for manufacturing standard and product quality. Facing the urgent production schedule, the production, technical and quality divisions of the Port Machinery Manufacturing Department establish an interlock system to quickly respond to the requirements of the supervisor, ensuring the production progress advances on schedule and with quality assured.
