On August 15, the first set of wide-angle double-car dumper with multiple functions suitable for tipping both railway wagon and container independently developed and manufactured by DHHI successfully rolled off and passed the inspection. This equipment is of integrated rotor construction with built-in end ring, with the clamping, blocking and holding actions highly matching with the object to be tipped under asymmetric condition of double-car dumper. It takes the leads in achieving wide-angle tipping in the industry, realizing the effect of capacity multiplication and effectively solving the problem of material buildup in the process of container tipping. Meanwhile, the work team of DHHI developed a bridge device which achieves online cleaning of material and provides reliable, secure assurance for the process of material cleaning through automatic locking device that can work at any angle, thoroughly solving the industrial problem of difficulty to clean the frozen, adhesive and remaining material.
